The Objective Matrixes located in the !publich directory are for 
Licensees to be able to access during the development of their 
Forest Stewardship Plans.
The information was posted for Gary Dolynchuk, Tenures Officer.
It is expected that these can be removed in May of 2007.  This
is to ensure that all plans are completed.
