These are archived webpages from retired www.for.gov.bc webpages. Content in this folder is ‘as is’ from the day it was copied into the ftp folder (January 12, 2017) and is not maintained or updated.

The ‘FPC Archive’ contains htm (webpage) files that can be used to view the pre-transition Forest Practices Code Act and Regulations (pre-January 31, 2004) as well as the Forest Practices Code Guidebooks.

Unless you know the specific htm file that contains the information that you are seeking, it is best to start with the index htm file (indicated below) for the directory that you are in, and navigate to the information that you are seeking as though navigating on a website.


These files are not part of the current provincial government website and the content is ‘use at own risk’. Some links in these htm files to external content will no longer work. Some links will take you to internet sites outside of the content contained in this ftp folder.
