The upgrades to ESF version 02_03_05 are as follows:
Screen changes
* Email notifications changes - The Format of email notifications was updated
* View Map function changes - ESF allows users to view Maps on archived (submitted) submissions
* Submission Details changes - ESF System messages are not displayed directly on the Submission Details screen, they are displayed in pop-ups and links are provided on the Submission Details screen.
* Upload Submission changes - Upload attachment function uses a pop-up dialog box to load attachments.
* Search Submission changes - The Submitted By field was changed to allow for all users
