For this types of submissions the FTA file must always exist. FTA File Types A20,A21,A23 have no CP defined in the submission. The CP is created automatically by FTA. The Timber Licence boundary identifies the outer boundary of a Timber Licence. Updates to these will be completed and submitted by MSRM.
