FSSIM v4.0 Bug Fixes to v3.0
============================

         These errors were not corrected in the original v4.0 release.
         However, due to the importance of these corrections, they were incorporated
         (retroactively) from v4.0.1a (05.JUNE.2001) into the release version of v4.0.
         (Electric Fence v2.0.1 was used to find memory leaks & deallocation errors)

    1) - fixed legacy memory errors in List::remove() and List::done().

    2) - added version number to name of binary file: e.g., 'FssimDump40.bin'
         to prevent version conflicts when running 4.x versions of FSSIM which
         may differ in their binary representation of data

    3) - added error handling code which reminds users to run the program
	 in binary write mode (-u) if a suitable binary file cannot be found
	 when attempting to read input data in binary mode (-b)
