Good day Mr. Ebata.

This morning the Bulkley TSA DFAM group had a wrap up meeting for the
2004-2005 fiscal years beetle management activities. 

In case you are interested I have attached the summary that was presented to 
the DFAM group this morning. 

In addition, this mornings agenda discussed how the activities would be 
implemented this year and the forecast funding required. As you will see from 
the attached summary we believe it is extremely important to access the 
funding requested in March in order for the TSA to continue to maintain the 
suppression objectives on the west leading edge of the provincial infestation. 
To this end when do you think we will know the
05-06 allocation for the TSA?

I hope you find this information useful. Once again thank you for your 
assistance in accessing the additional funding we sought during the
04-05 fiscal. I think we are on the right track in the TSA and I look forward 
to working with the individuals involved to make the 05-06 battle successful 
as well.
